For those who understand what i'm trying to put across, good for you. LOL. 2 tough options, you really can't make up your mind. You've been sitting on the fence, have absolutely no idea which side of the fence you should jump to. No idea what's waiting for you at each side. No possible outcome that you can sense. No idea what's going to happen. In this kind of cases, the way i see it is the person has 3 choices; Get over and move on/Continue to believe and pursue/Straight up and come clean.

Get over and move on; the person may blew the damn chance.
Continue to believe and pursue; the person may end up nowhere, strolling in misery.
Straight up and come clean; the person is risking everything on this move, if it's a wrong choice, everything will vanish *pooof*
